FPA says you're on PHP 7.4 not 8.1 J5 minimum is PHP 8.1 and MySQL 8.0.13 OR Maria DB 10.4.0 minimum.

This doesn't seem to make sense.....PHP 5.0.x won't run on PHP 7.4.x yet your FPA gives it a pass mark.
