Wampserver PHP 8.1.11 Joomla 5.0.2 with JCE 2.9.58 installed. I haven't tried other PHP versions; wasn't able to update JCE 2.9.58 to 2.9.59 and I haven't looked at why. TinyMCE works for me under these conditions.
Installed JCE 2.9.60 and TinyMCE does not work. Looks like JCE 2.9.60 interferes with TinyMCE.
