I did as you suggested and moved the footer menus from 'bottom-b' to the FOOTER and changed the tags to "div". This is causing the "Copyright" to show in a 5th column. Is there a way to drop that under the menu items? I thought about trying a custom module for the layout, but thought I'd check with your expert skills first.

Hi. You should transfer all menu modules to the footer position and use CSS to make appearance as you need. All other methods also require the use of CSS but will be bad crutches that can break the layout on other pages.I'm using 'bottom-b' as a footer navigation section. No problem with the menu items. However, is it possible to align the whole section to the bottom? When there is a full page of content it is fine, but when the content is minimal, it is positioned under the content, leaving a gap on the bottom before the footer. Can I align to bottom?
Also, change the tags of all your menu modules back to Div. Footer tag is semantic tag for SEO. And it is already present on your site.
